We carefully prepare every order so your CHC experience starts the moment your package leaves us.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during new drops, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of CHCshop’s control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. CHCshop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, CHCshop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the damaged package and items so we can review the situation.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges associated with international delivery.
